• Successfully completed a migration and plugin installer for Geeklog, a CMS written in PHP.

• Successfully completed a web-based installer for Geeklog, a CMS written in PHP.

Distance Learning Dept., D’Youville College, (2006 - Current)

• Installed and deployed Blackboard distance learning software which runs on Red Hat AS 3 and uses Oracle as a backend.
• Developed nightly and weekly data backup system using rsync and some USB external hard drives.
• All Distance Learning servers have restricted remove access with using only allowed subnets (iptables) and shared SSH keys.
• Responsible for regular maintenance (Checking the logs daily for I/O errors, intrusion attempts, and other signs of trouble)

Academic Computing Dept., D’Youville College (2004 - Current)

• Responsible for supporting 55 Windows XP and 55 Mac OS X workstations.
• Mac OS X maintenance is performed using Apple’s Disk Utility to restore hard drive images and a custom written series of Bash scripts to perform nightly maintenance tasks (Using launchd & crond).
• Windows maintenance is performed using Symantec Ghost.
• Set up centralized file server for office backups and software storage.
• Set up an internal wiki which was used to store all documentation how maintaining lab computers.
